We also spare no expense in maintaining the idea that indoor and outdoor facilities should be within walking distance from our residents’ homes. Our goal was to include numerous features and enhancements that add to our residents’ quality of life. Each enhancement and feature creates an opportunity for residents to interact in more formal settings (organized resident events) or meet by chance (pedestrian walks or Neighborhood Parks) as well as network in spaces designed to be less formal. These features and enhancements help build “community.”
