“Community” is what a military family is all about and Nellis Family Housing goes the extra mile to make this an ingredient within each neighborhood and our entire housing development. Our neighborhoods are built with community in mind which is evident in its overall blueprint as well as in the facilities listed below.
Community Center
The Community Center features an indoor lounge, community rooms, meeting room with kitchen, business center, game room, fitness center, and outdoor recreation spaces. The Community Center creates a small town feeling and establishes a connection for the community.
Group Picnic Areas
Each Neighborhood Park has a covered picnic area with tables and charcoal BBQ grills. A Large Group Picnic Area is located at the Community Center which features family sized grills and a large grass area with plenty of picnic tables to accommodate a large group.
