Course 4 Advanced Gum Paste Flowers Course will teach you the techniques to create beautiful, delicate floral blooms. Used for cake top decorations or sculpted floral displays, these highly admired flowers will present a new world of decorating possibilities. Your Wilton Method Instructor will show you step-by-step how each flower is constructed. You will create a garden full of breathtaking flowers, such as the Gerbera daisy, the Stargazer lily and the popular wedding flower, Stephanotis. You will learn how to design and arrange the flowers into sprays that look spectacular on your best cakes.
