The Hunt development plan will create a new housing community comprised of distinct neighborhoods, set apart by their unique architectural features, landscape design and monument signage. Designed with a blend of contemporary and traditional Mediterranean and Mission-style elements, individual homes will include such features as private entries, built-in bookcases, storage areas, technology centers and garages.
One new community center will feature a large swimming pool and numerous other amenities including playing fields, tot lots and picnic shelters. New soccer fields; volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts; and pedestrian walkways in the form of a series of natural greenbelt systems will encourage outdoor activity and recreation.
